CHRIS FRANZ - CHOREOGRAPHER / MODEL COACH
Chris Franz is the Founder of Razing Kane Entertainment, managing and promoting up and coming musical talent on a worldwide level. Chris proudly supports and promotes women in music and the arts. Additionally, Chris has sat on judging panels at the national, state, and local levels for the Mrs. America, Mrs. United States, Miss USA, Miss Teen USA, Miss United States, Miss America, Miss American Beauty and the Miss. US International Pageants.
Chris is also the Pageant & Style Director for The Platform Magazine. His monthly articles on the tireless work of pageant women are truly inspirational. He is also a modeling and pageant coach and to date has coached pageant contestants to five national titles and multiple state titles.
Chris has also been on the production staff of the Miss Vizcaya Swim Wear Spokes Model Search, DC Swim Week, Mrs. America Pageant, and the Miss Bikini US Pageant.
DAWN ROCHELLE - NATIONAL DIRECTOR
Dawn Rochelle is best known as an actress from her roles in "Walker, Texas Ranger", "Keys To Tulsa", “Toddlers and Tiaras”, and "Dallas" and as an international model appearing in ad campaigns and magazines.
Dawn's professional modeling career began at age 14 and has spanned nearly 30 years. Working for top designers and brands in Los Angeles, Miami, Milan, Paris and London, she landed national and international campaigns with Body Glove, Pepsi Cola, Catalina Swimwear, Miss Me Denim and graced the pages of Maxim, Esquire and Modern Bride Magazine, to name a few. In 2007, she was named as one of PETA's 10 Sexiest Vegetarian's Alive and one of Maxim Magazine's 101 Hottest Women. As an actress, Dawn appeared in many feature films including roles in "Keys To Tulsa", "LaBare", "Three Days To A Kill", and on the small screen in the TV series "Walker, Texas Ranger" and "Dallas", and in reality shows: “Toddlers and Tiaras", “Sexy Single Moms", “Pageants To Go” and “Dollhouse Pageants", a show based on her and her modeling & pageant company. Dawn's hosting and correspondent credits include the "Billboard Latin Music Awards", "DFW Playbook", “IndepenDANCE Party with Mario Lopez”, "MLW Planet Hollywood Press", and “KRLD Divas” for the Texas Rangers Baseball Team & CBS Radio. Dawn has interviewed celebrities including Enrique Iglesias, Laura Bozzo, and Donald Trump, and has additional credits on shows for the E! Channel, Telemundo/Mun2, and ESPN.
Dawn has been producing and directing pageants for over 25 years, including the Miss Teenage America Pageant, Miss Twin Peaks National Pageant, Miss Globe US and the Miss Bikini US Pageant. She also founded the Miss Latina Pageant. Dawn enjoys coaching young models/actors and has helped cast talent for most major television networks including Mtv, CBS, VH1, Oxygen, FOX and many more. Dawn enjoys practicing yoga, meditation, surfing, vegan food, photography, and being a "momager" for her teenage son - a budding actor.
DONNA ROACH - REGIONAL DIRECTOR
Donna Roach is a seasoned and highly successful pageant veteran with over 30 years’ professional experience. Donna began her career in the pageant world as a contestant in the Miss Pennsylvania Pageant and has since become a highly regarded trainer and coach. Donna has brought forward many notable winners at the Local, State and National levels. In addition, she has produced and directed many televised Local, State, National and International Pageants, as well as appeared on a variety of pageant documentaries and television shows. Donna is also a notable Freelance Public Speaker on Women’s and Children’s issues. Donna is the current Pageant State Director for North Carolina, Montana, Louisiana, Texas, Washington, Oregon Miss Globe US, Miss Bikini US and Miss Latina World.
DERRICK LEE - REGIONAL DIRECTOR
Derrick Lee is the face behind one of Chicago's leading pageant prep groups, Team DQ. He's worked with several National and International titleholders, directing photoshoots for Miss World - Rolene Strauss, Mrs. United States - Beth Isbell and Miss World Americas - Elizabeth Safrit. Also an in demand Emcee and Judge, Derrick has worked with many pageant systems in helping selecting their titleholders. His love for pageants is undeniable.
JACQUI FOURNIER - REGIONAL DIRECTOR
Jacqui has been iInvolved with pageants for 12 years from being a mom to a contestant (which gives her the knowledge of what a contestant and mom go through), recruiter, chaperone and production coordinator.
Jacqui is also an Ambassador with The Mary Kay Foundation to end domestic abuse and cure women's cancer.
SAMANTHA IHA-PREECE - REGIONAL DIRECTOR
Samantha Iha-Preece was born and raised in the beautiful state of Hawaii on the island of Oahu. Pageantry has played a huge role in her life. She has been producing pageants and coaching contestants of all ages since 2011. She is a former beauty queen herself having held titles including but not limited to Miss Teen Hawaii United States and Miss Hawaii World. Aside from being a pageant enthusiast, Samantha enjoys being a pillar of her community, acting, being an on-air personality and hosting her radio/tv show called "Inspiring Lives with Samantha Iha-Preece".
CRISTINA BATES - REGIONAL DIRECTOR
Cristina Bates is a pageant veteran, and she won the international title of Miss Latina World 2015-16 in her hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada. As Miss Latina World, Cristina has modeled in photo shoots, fashion shows and other events. Cristina is excited to take on a new role in pageantry - that of director.
RICHARD GLOVER III - REGIONAL DIRECTOR
Richard W. Glover III, Founder/CEO of the International Renaissance Society. Mr. Glover exemplifies the epitome of a modern day renaissance man. He is a virtuoso of many subject matters. His noteworthy accomplishments include Celebrity Wine Sommelier, Radio show host, Master Emcee, Publisher, Entertainer, Entrepreneur, Musician, National Director of Operations Miss InterConntinental Pageant for DC/MD/VA, Educator, and Athlete. Meanwhile, he maintains a distinguished and sociable persona. Richard W. Glover, III possesses a wealth of experience, in business, finance and investments, as well as an adept acumen for the art and science of luxury living. Richard has received a double BA degree in Music and Political Science from George Washington University and a Masters in Music Studies from Shenandoah University. Richard W. Glover received his certification from the International Wine Guild as an Advanced Wine Sommelier in November 2007. Richard completed his Advance Wine Sommelier in November 2015. He has developed a prestigious portfolio as an Advanced Wine Sommelier in Washington D.C., New York, Maryland, and Florida, Georgia, by hosting and conducting upscale Complimentary Signature Wine Tasting events. Richard Glover, is currently, hosting Pageants, Wedding Receptions, Fashion Shows, and other events up and down the East Coast. While maintaing his Monday night Wine show on The Cellar with Richard Glover.
NERISSA ROLAND - REGIONAL DIRECTOR
Nerissa is pageant veteran with experience in the USA, US International and Earth United States systems. She has competed on the state and international level and knows what it takes to create a winner! With a Bachelors of Science in Recreation and Event Management from the University of Florida she has pursued a professional career in event planning and group travel. She is excited to now be the Executive Director for the beautiful sunshine state of Florida!

ROSSANNA PUNZALAN-HOWARD - REGIONAL DIRECTOR
Rossanna was born in Michigan and has lived in 8 different states from Tennessee to Missouri, Virginia and now Alabama. She has been involved with pageants off and on for 8 years and has owned a successful skin care and beauty business for almost 17 years. She is fervently committed to women's empowerment and believes that the women with whom she works can make a positive impact in their community utilizing pageantry as a platform.
Rossanna has a heart for working with good causes, specifically The Compassion Advocacy Network, which focuses on society's 'forgotten' populations, and the Mary Kay Foundation (where she serves as an Ambassador), which is committed to the elimination of cancers affecting women and ending the epidemic of domestic violence.
LINDA ROCHA DE LUNA - REGIONAL DIRECTOR
Linda Rocha de Luna was born in Mexico but raised in San Antonio Texas. She is a Spanish language teacher, a bikini athlete and a bikini competitor posing coach. She loves everything related with beauty, wellness and aesthetics. She is the director of Miss Bikini US and Miss Latina World in the South Texas area. She enjoys being on stage and helping other women to become more confident about their unlimited potential in this world as well as to become aware of their own power to be able to create and fulfill any dreams they can imagine. She considers beauty pageants to be the best platform to be surrounded by individuals with the same goals and mission to create role models for this society. Linda says that she is very proud to be a part of this organization and that it already has a big part of her heart, gong along with the vision and purpose she has designed for her life.
